Why Seven and Half ?
About Our Products
Some of the healthiest foods in the market are in the freezer section. Studies show frozen produce or herbs are nutrient-rich, or even superior to fresh. As soon as the herbs are harvested, it begins to lose nutrients. How long after harvesting we eat it impacts its nutritional value. Much of the fresh produce in our supermarket had to travel by truck over long ways to get to the consumers’ market. As a result, it may have been harvested before it reached its nutritional peak and then artificially ripened during transport.
Proper Handling of IQF Fresh Frozen Herbs
The Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) product should be kept frozen and used frozen. Simply measure and use according to your needs. Remember to return the unused product back into the freezer as quickly as possible. You may find that you can actually use 1 ½ -2 times less fresh frozen herbs due to their increased density than dried one.
